I do Pilates Mat 3 x a week at Parkland Pilates. I have tried classes in many locations in Coral Springs. I have tried the big gyms as well as some private studios. In the big gyms I was just a body, lying on the floor, ignored amongst 35 others. It was obvious that the instructor did not go through the rigorous training nor was certified by a reputable association. The small private studios were either much more money or lacked the maximum, hands on correction I constantly get at Parkland Pilates. Owner/instructor Fran Perel TRULY CARES about everyone in her studio. She is there to help each client achieve their goals and see results. She is available 24/7 for appointments, you can always reach her.
Pros: inexpensive, lots of attention, friendly atmosphere
