Review content:
About 3 years ago I saw a ad on t.v. saying Olshan can
take care of your basement water problems with a warranty. I contacted the office in Parker. They came out and said yes they could take care of the problem. Well I
spent over $22,000. AND 3 years later I am still having problems. I called today and told them I was getting water in the basement again. I was told it would be 6 days til they
could come out and look at the problem. Then after that they would set up an appointment to get a crew out to work on it. This is the 3rd year I have heard this. It's a warrantee not a guarantee. Don't use this company.
Once the work is done you will have to wait days or weeks to have them come out and say yes there is water leaking. Then wait again for the crew to come put a bandaid on it. Run away don't walk.
