After going to Back in Line for about 4 months, I have been able to return to full physical activity and I feel better than ever!
I started going to Back In Line due to severe shoulder and neck pain. The pain would not allow me to exercise or run. I gained about 20 lbs due to lack of activity. I was even considering surgery to relieve the shoulder pain.
After seeing Dr. Kovac and Dr. James and receiving ART from Heather, the pain is completely gone and I am on a maintenance program. I have returned to full activity and have even taken on Triathlete training. I have lost all of the weight gain (and then some) and am living a very active and satisfying lifestyle.
The front office staff is very helpful, friendly and positive.
I highly recommend Back in Line to anyone searching for a healthy addition to nutrition, exercise, and rest. It is the missing ingredient to a balanced lifestyle.
