Review content:
Payless Shoes is one of the few retail stores where customer service is stressed, not frowned upon! They go above and beyond helping the customer with shoes sizes, and measuring shoe sizes. If you are in need of a size that a specific store is out of, they will enter the information into their computer, and give you a print out of stores that have your style and size in stock. They will then call and confirm with that store, and have the item held until you can pick it up. Above and beyond!
