I was looking for a travel deal over the holidays, I checked online and through the some local travel agencies. They had the best priced gave me a confirmation number, or what I thoght was a confirmation number (it was not valid and it was fake). When I called I spoke to a nice woman who told me she would take care of the trip and she did get at least the reservation in the airline systems. The problem was with the owner of the establishment. He was totally rude and threatning, he has no manners what so ever and should not be in Travel business whatsoever. I would not recommend this business to anyone because they never have the tickets that they quoted with you at the first place, maybe it is a scam, not sure but it sure felt like it.
Cons: Quote incorrect prices, Voucher Numbers were not valid, Poor Customer Service
