I take trips all over the country with students ages 14-18. This has been the worst experience of my 18 year career. We are taking a missions trip to rio de janeiro, brazil and we thought this company would help us in negotiating fare prices with all airlines. What went wrong... no locked in pricing, they will estimate a price and then not tell you of thier price they have negotiated with airline to pad thier profit line. They will change your times of departure and arrivals drastically. As of today, we are at a 10 hour difference in departure. Not Good when we coordinate large groups of people with 40 different schedules. They have poor customer service and will tell you anything on the phone to make you hang up first and claim we are at fault for ending communication over time sensitive issues. Their finace dept does not communicate well with sales dept. We have lost a $39K check due to thier negligence. Please go somewhere else for your travel needs.
Pros: none.
Cons: unprofessional, poor communication between depts., many untruths.
