we had called several agencies and ofcurse went on line with expedia and orbits for our family trip to rome and paris.We were not only getting higher prices , but there was no way to get hold of them, i dont feel comfortable, like giving my crdit card over the internet and besides dont even know, what airline we were flying on. So we contacted Mercury consultants not only they beat the fares but also we recieved faxes , calls and actual tickts vis fedex. In fact after issuing my daughters tickets we realised her ldates had to be changed , mercury staff really helped us change her dates and reissued the new tickets ... expedia tickets are non changeable , we had to pay twice for her tickets ,,,,, we came back and now we going to sydney on united ...with savings from MERCURY TRAVEL CONSULTANTS .... EXCELLENT SERVICE
