Businiess name:  Aristo's Greek Restaurant

Review content:
I have no idea what the reviewer means by ranch, I have eaten at aristo's for years, on a very regular basis. There is no ranch on any of their dishes, nor available for their salads. If you can't tell the difference between ranch and tzatziki (sp?), you shouldn't have the audacity to write a review. On to the important stuff, the food. Aristo's, like i said is one of the most consistent restaurants I visit in salt lake city. I have had most everything on the menu, the octopus app. is one of my favorites, and their thursday night patio grill menu is fantastic. Their greek salads, I absolutely love. You should try this paired with some lamb chops. I also reccomend their Mousaka and Pastitsio (sp?), while I am no expert on Greek authenticity, these are fantastically constructed dishes, that balance flavors very well. The best of all though, must be their rice pudding, i believe made by Aristo's mother, it is unstopable! I reccomend branching out here, utah, if you want a gyro, i think McDonalds may come out with one soon. Oh, and I think that Kari is one of their best servers, though you can't go wrong, servers are servers in utah, as noone stays anywhere very long anymore. This is one of the restaurants that does what it does, day in and day out to a T. I also hear a rumor that they are opeining on Sundays for dinner, and weekdays for breakfast. Pros: consistent food Cons: cant think of any
