I made a reservation at Sullivan's. My husband and I wanted to go out for a nice dinner and drinks. We even dressed up. When we got there they tried to seat us at that table by the entrance! And we had a reservation! There were plenty of open booths too. So we naturally asked if we could have a booth instead. We waited at our booth for 15 minutes and no one broght us menus or took our drink order. We only got our glasses filled with water. We walked out of there and ate at Ginger instead and had wonderful food and service. I'm never going back to Sullivan's.
Pros: They give you water
