Review content:
They never respond to your maintenence requests. There employees are so rude and dishonest. One of there employees STOLE my identity, had created credit cards in my name! The employee was fired, but now the company won't take any responsibility nor will they appologize for what had happened. They're trying to tell me they have no knowledge of the alleged accusations! Not only that, but now thay want to fight with me about my deposit. I'm having to move out due to my identity being stollen by there employee, there empolyee that was my neighbor, and they want to argue with me about my deposit! After all this went down, and i had to fight with the company about whether or not I opened the credit card myself and just added a stranger's name as being ok to use it, i never even threatened to contact a lawyer or take them to court or threatened to cause problems for them. you'd think after all the problems they've caused me they'd be a little nicer due to the circumstances.
Pros: nothing good about this company
Cons: they'll steal your identuty and then try to blame you for them having stolen it
