I ordered a pizza over the phone and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I got there at the 30 minute mark, and was told it would be a few more minutes, so I sat down and waited. 20 minutes later without a word from them, I asked if my pizza was ready. The girl acted like she had never seen me before. Turns out my pizza was sitting there boxed up and getting cold, and had been there the whole time. None of the employees cared to check on my order or look around for it when I initially asked, and made me waste my time sitting around while the pizza got cold. How long would they have let me sit there?? When I voiced my displeasure, they never apologized or even acted phased in any way. No offer of a discount or amends of any kind. Just terrible customer service and overall incompetence. To top it off, the pizza was mediocre at best. This was our second time eating their pizza, and have been disappointed both times. We wanted to give them a second chance to be fair to them, and they failed miserably. Don't be a fool. Papa Murphy's is a much much better option and a whole lot cheaper.
