Review content:
I bought a Fountian at pottery world in August of 2010. At the time I had trouble finding anyone to help me. At home I had it set up in September in my front yard but not with water in it because of winter coming. In January of 2011 five months later I noticed cracks in the two smaller pots on the fountian. I called pottery world asked for a manager told him about it and he told me that they didn't cover freeze damage to fountians and they wouldn't take it back. I told him no one told me that this fountian would not work in a place that freezes. The fact that they had taken my name and address they should have known and said something then. I would never have paid $635.00 for something that wouldn't last for even five months and I saw no sign up saying that it would not work where it freezes. The manager finally said he would fix the fountian pots for me. When I brought them back to the outside register, asked to speak to the manager the sales person was very rude and said that they always tell people that they have to bring this type of fountian inside if it freezes or wrap them up. This was ridculous because I couldn't have even lifted the whole fountian. The sales lady also made the comment that everyone who lives where it freezes knows you can't use concrete pots, come on! Now that I feel like a fool and have a fountian that won""t last, the only good thing is I will nrver do business with them again.
