browsing through the ledger dispatch of el dorado county i came across ""sams satellites"" i was unhappy with my cable company and wanted something better for my family, sam and sandy (owners) provided fast and easy satellite service. they were understanding and worked with my schedule to do the installation at my convenience, at a price no one else could beat. They are family owned and operated, which made it feel more personal, rather than talking to employees of an employee when i had a question. the installer of the satellite dish came to my home at a time i decided and didn?t leave until i was satisfied with my television, he was very friendly and knew what he was doing, i am extremely happy i did business with them.
