i would not recomend this store if you run into the current assiant manager his name starts with an a he gave a doll away that was on hold stating you bought two yesterday of this toy and i got introuble for selling it to you well one you didnt sell it a cashier did two when i walked in the store i never seen a limit on how many you can or cant not even in a add, i probaly would of been happy had he not admitted to giving my doll away on the phone when i was on my way there then at the store he scolded me on buying two yesterday and no he didnt hand me the dolls or sell them to me two african american employees did. then he proceeds to no give me any phone numbers to managers only to a district manager i will in quote best luck you wont get a hold of him all i have is his name the houston toys r us manager david galindo and he told me the store manager was on vaction but i can come back the 16th to get the doll i i really wanted. its like okay this is how you treat someone who comes in a store last week spends over 50 dollars this week spent over 75 and was about to drop another 40 in your store... bad guest and customer service and poor example to how any toys r us employee should be
