i've been planning my vacation birthday week for a month now. trying to search online for beach rentals etc. finally found some that looked nice...sand n sea. they totally messed up our plans to get a beach rental. they refused to allow me to book over the phone because they said i sounded too young. they would not allow me to fax over my license and credit card. they told me to drive there just to show my id before i could book anything. HAHA i'm 2 hours away. yea right! i could book online but the specific days i need are not optional thru the online booking. before i ever try to book again with them they need to replace a few workers. they did not seem to care at all how frustrating it is. they would not believe that i was over the required renting age of 25. Please do not book with those people, find some other company to rent with. they don't even deserve one star.
