The difference in our carpet after having Nick work his magic on it is nothing short of amazing! It truly looks new! He worked extra hard to get the spots under the dining room table and the dirty traffic path that our dog worked all winter to create. Now those areas are completely clean! The stairs, though, have to be my favorite feature of his exceptional job. They are the first thing a person sees upon entering our home and now our guests will have a great first impression! I can't recommend Pacific Steam highly enough - an absolutely excellent job!
