I booked ""North Bergen Best Movers"" back Dec. for Dec 31, 2010. They've agreed to move my stuff ( 1 bedrrom set with out the matress , L shaped couch and dinning table) I chose them bec. of the high ratings and low price. The day before the moving someone called me and ask if they came move my 9am sched. to 2pm, I agreed bec. I have no choice. Now it's the moving day 2pm , no truck, I was suspicoius because I know that movers are always on time bec. of my previous moving experience. 2:15pm comes. I called the guy, I said what happened ? your guys suppose to here it's 15 after 2pm.... Idont know if he hang up on me or we lost the signal but i call back right away he never picked up the phone. My stuff were never moved! and I had to cancel my storage.
