Called them 2-3x for an estimate. first time salesman was lost (even tho he had a GPS and I leave near two main intersections ( and we gave him directions at least 6 times on the phone). Didn't come 1st time. 2nd time, said he would come after 4...by 7:30 (and no call from him) my husband called and re-scheduled for next day. Next day didn't come for app't and didn't have the courteous to call. That Monday, I call main office...explained my frustration and dissatisfaction, was told ""let me check into this and I'll get back to you in 10 mins"". Well, never got a call back. Must be great to be so rude and turn away customers during this lousy economy. My advice.....stay clear!!!!
