Review content:
On the first day of the job, Dottie came unprepared and was totally unaware of the scope of the project that her ""salesman"" had quoted. She performed some demo work, said she had to go to the hardware store and was gone for 2 hours, leaving her crew sitting outside of our house. When she returned, she said she didn't have the proper tools and would be back the following morning. She never came.
