I think the people who posted negative reviews just had personal bad experiences. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Cavalier Land. If I have a maintenance situation, it is fixed by the end of the day. I've never had to pay for anything that was broken. If you have a problem, there is a 24 hour emergency maintenance line. Someone always responds to a message left there within an hour. The leasing agent is a bit abrasive, but that's just her style. She went above and beyond to find my current apartment for me, and she knows me by name now. It's a pleasure to rent from Cavalier Land. Don't take the negative reviews as the complete truth- because I've had a really good experience.
