I have had the unfortunate experience of doing business with this company and I have found that it doesn't matter if you are on time or late with your rent, or if you are speaking about one of the women that work in the office or all of them...This company is the definition of slum lord. Notice that there is only one comment at this point that actually defends this company but the reality is that if you want to feel like you are being pushed around then Cavalier is the company for you. The sad part is that they rent out most of Ghent so to live in such a great neighborhood one must put up with the shady and rude work that Cavalier brings to the table. It starts with those that work from the top of this company and works its way down to the ladies working in the front.
