At first glance you are charmed by the clean and crisp photo-like appearance. The grounds are beautiful, with location being ideal for a romantic getaway.
HOWEVER-the professionalism and management are POOR. Unfortunately, it must take the ""QUEEN"" to book the rooms. With numerous calls and messages left -as well as promises to call and let me know about availability-NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK! I had called about two particular cottages and the lady I spoke with couldn't tell me if they were available or not. If I call a hotel or any other place like FRIO COUNTRY-they can immediately tell me if the room/house is available for that night. A place of business cannot function that way! How can you expect to do business in this manner? It's not organized and VERY unprofessional! WORD of mouth travels very quickly here, so I KNOW my friends won't be staying here!
