If you like burnt garlic in your pasta Vongole, then this is the place for you! I am not talking crispy browned garlic, but I received a dish with burnt, black charred crunchy pieces of garlic tainting the flavor of dry, sauceless pasta. The meni says it comes with white wine sauce -not there. Why: sauce and garlic cooked too long, and reduced down and burned. The clams were stirred in deglazed the burnt crap on the bottom of the pan, and the pasta was tossed in with parsley and olive oil. If there had been sauce in there with the burnt pieces of garlic I might believe the waiter who said that this was the intention of the dish. They did replace my dish not free of course. I had to wait 20 minutes to tell him that there was a problem with my dish.
Pros: I dont have to goback
Cons: Slowest service ever, Lamest excuses ever, Burnt black Garlic
