Ordered a bathroom vanity and the process went great. Got the vanity - all wrapped up and looked good. The vanity didn't have a face frame. It only had the cheap 'oak' strips on the melamine board. It was oak and the vanity was alder. It looks cheap. I should not have to say I want a face frame when ordering a vanity (or any other cabinet). That is how they are supposed to be built. I could get better at the home improvement stores.
