I've gotten pierced twice at Industrial Strength and have gone there many other times when my friends got pierced. Todd is amazing and makes you feel totally comfortable about everything. He loves to explain exactly what he is doing and how to care for your piercing and will answer any of your questions no matter how stupid they may seem. It is kind of pricey but they have really good quality jewlery and a super clean work space. I don't think i've ever gone in there and not seen someone cleaning. And will always be there for you if you have trouble with your piercing later.
