Without a doubt, every time I called Flips to check to see the times of the classes and the dates they started, they gave me the same info, and when I went in for the first time, they told me the class did not start until the following week even though I asked TWICE. Once I went in to check out the facility and ask some questions, and a staff member at the desk was on a personal call while a line was forming behind me. She made no effort to look up and acknowledge that anyone was waiting or even say she would be a minute. After about 5 minutes of the personal call, then she was off.
The owner is worse. She tries to pawn off all the mistakes that her staff made as someone elses and has the audacity to make accusations at parents when they are not happy with her staff's incompetence.
The teacher that my child had was not friendly nor engaging with the children. I did not see her smile once and seemed grumpy.
I would not recommend this place whatsoever if you are interested in being treated with respect and good customer service. However, my daughter did have fun... and that was the only draw.
I highly recommend Flippers in Kaysville as their staff seemed friendly and really enjoyed the kids. My experience with them was just at a birthday party, but they did a fantastic job and had great attitudes. Even though it is further away, I plan on taking my child there instead. At least there I know I will be treated with civility.
