When I dropped my pants off for alterations, I asked the clerk if it could be done well since they were being taken in so much. Se called the seamstress and was told they could do it. When I picked the pants up, it looked like my 5th grader did the work. When I complained, they gave me the owner's, Joe, information. I called and explained it to him and he argued with me saying they can't recreate a pair of pants. My issue was not that they were not able to do it, but rather they said they could before the work was done. When I asked for the money back for the alterations only, not the 4 very expensive pairs of pants they ruined, Joe said his position was final and he would not refund the money since they did the work. When I told him I would not come back as a customer, he basically said he didn't need my business and had many more customers and didn't need my money.
Pros: Decent job with dry cleaning
Cons: Owner's customer service is terrible, won't stand behind their word
