Review content:
Do not go to this attorney expecting results. You can do better yourself, or at least come out the same. I had an accident, went to Jerry's office, and signed the papers. I was referred to a shabby repair shop that did a lousy half done repair. Then I was told I needed to settle for the first offer I was made. I attempted to hold out, thinking that the insurance company would raise their offer. It was a simple case. The person who hit me admitted guilt. I was damaged. Over two years later, nothing had been done on my case whatsoever, but now I started getting pressure from Guerra's office to settle, once again for the same price. They could have taken action. They could have gone to court and got substantially more money. They are lazy. They want to sign you up, and get 1/3 of your money. Period. No work. If you want to go to court, they basically threaten you, saying, ""you may end up with nothing"" Really? I supposedly have a lawyer, how could I end up with nothing? Oh, because JERRY is going to charge me 40% now if he has to do any work. What a crock. These guys are real nice and smiley up front, I would be too if I was getting money for nothing. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY. Just my opinion.
