Review content:
Went in for a wash and detail.......not impressed in the least. A total waste of money.
Still had dirt on the outside of my car even though they wiped it down. It looked like they didn't vacuum the floor boards since there was still debris along the edges. Found a whole cookie, a wrapper, and a small stone on the floor in back. Lots of dirt left in the back of the SUV. Just no attention to the details of detailing my auto.
Another customer that was waiting experienced the same thing. They took his car back to try again. The front counter girl seemed unconcerned and the manager never came out of his office.
In addition, the employee that checked me in didn't tell me about the early bird $5 off special when he was quoting me my price options. Only after I asked if they offered any sort of discount or coupon did he mention it. Wonder if he forgot, or maybe he wanted to pocket the extra cash.
WILL NOT visit this car wash again and recommend that others don't either. Plenty of local places to wash and detail your car. Don't waste your money here.
