My husband and I are from the North. We bought a townhome for retirement. The Baron floor plan is great for the 2 of us. We are across from the pool, which we enjoy very much in the spring and fall when it is getting cold here. We have met some really great neighbors. We have also met people from the North. Our only complaint would be the grass. We realize it is very hot and dry but the back yards were not finished quite right. Otherwise, we love the South.
