If you want a decent cheap house, this company is okay. But, if you want something that will have some value more than ten years down the road without the hassle of amateur low budget developers, there are better choices in the area comparable in price. The Developer is absentee and focused on doing things on the cheap. That usually ends up in the HOA and home owners individually footing the bill for problems the Developer should fix but refuses to cooperate on. Their mission statement is a joke and blatant lie.
