I absolutely do not recommend Greenhouse Cleaners in Half Moon Bay. I brought in a very nice newer dress for dry cleaning, and it came back with spots on it and a broken clasp. They fixed the clasp, but after two tries, they could not get all the spots outs. Since both attempts did not work, I asked them to reimburse me for my dress (since it had permanent spots/stains on it from them). By them trying to fix the mistake they made, I felt that they were taking responisbility for the mishap. The owner refused to reimburse me and told me that I could not prove that the spots were not there before I brought it in (she offered me my money back for the dry cleaning... a small amount). They were not accommodating, and I had to go in several times (when all I wanted was to drop the dress off and pick it up once). They were the ones who made the mistake, and the owner made me feel like I was trying to be dishonest and unreasonable. I had never felt the need to complain like this before. I will never return, and I am telling people about my very poor experience and recommending they take their business elsewhere.
