Okay, so the only reason I am signed up for this, is so that I can write a response to whomever has complained about customer service. There isn't any bridal shoppe that is going to give you information or let you take pictures of a dress...they don't want you to shop them. Country Bride and Gent was the first place I went...and It actually was out of our price range, so I went to look else where. I just kept coming back, they were so sweet to me...especially Laura...my consultant. My dress was $1300 dollars and they discounted it to $800 for me! Laura and all the ladies have always been extremely helpful every time I have called and sometimes I have just stopped in, they are very busy and still they take care of me! They are always trying to work with my schedule...I highly recommend the country bride and gent...it has been a wonderful experience and I am so excited for my big day!
Pros: Great Customer service, beutiful, quality dresses
Cons: It was a little pricy at first...but they worked with me and gave me the dress of my dreams!
