I had 6 bridesmaids, a maid of honor, 2 junior bridesmaids, and a flower girl in my bridal party. That's 9 dresses, plus my mother and future mother in law, and my own dress. 12 dresses total, which is A LOT of business. I wanted everyone to be able to try on a dress so I coordinated a day when everyone could go, called and made an appointment. I told them how many people I was bringing. We got there and were totally rushed through the appt. They told me I shouldn't have brought that many. Excuse me? This is business for you, and half the girls were single and therefore potential future customers. And not only that but I called to complain about being rushed and they said well you should have booked 2 appts together. Why didn't you tell me that on the phone when I told you how many people I was bringing? So we were rushed into making a decision, and not given very much attention while we were there to boot.
