they truly are. I've been bringing my dogs here for about 3 years now. I've always gotten in on the same day if I needed it, and my pets get treated better by the staff than I treat them sometimes. loL. I know alot of the staff by name, Dr Krewotch and Dr. Donna are the best, Lisa has been there forever, she will get you in the same day or answer any question I've asked her, Wendy, Melody and Heather have been the assistants that I know the most. I have been lucky, my dogs have not been that sick but I know that if that should happen, they will get the best care that you could find. 5 out of 5 stars!
