I would give this place a 2. 8 of us went there for Mother's Day Dinner. The service was HORRIBLE. We had to get up and get our own water, after the dinner was served the waitress did not return once to check on our meals or to see if we needed anything. The food was cold so we could have use some service. The food was ok, but it was cold. We were then overcharged for items, and charged for items that we didn't order. On top of that we were charged the 20% gratuity onto our bill. We are not a group to skimp on tipping, but we received LOUSY service and feel we should not be expected to reward (which is what a gratuity is) it!. We tried to talk to someone in charge, but there was no one around except a hostess to listen to our complaints. Can you believe that a restaurant would not have a manager or assist. manager on duty, especially on Mother's Day. I would never return and would discourage everyone from going there. There are too many other fantastic places in the Philadelphia area. Don't waste your time on places that do not value their customers.
