I have been to about four different mechanics during my 5-year stay here in the Monterey area, and once I found the Masters, I knew I didn't have to look anymore. I drive a honda odyssey, and the Masters only works on hondas, toyotas and acuras, so I knew they would do an excellent job on my vehicle. Greg, the guy in charge is very kind, patient, and reasonable! He understands my financial situation and works with me as much as he can, not to mention he explains everything to me in a language I can understand, and he does a fantastic job. In fact, I am in the market for a new car, and I have have gone into the shop on several occasions just to pick his brain about new cars. If you drive a honda, toyota, or an acura, I highly recommend that you take your car to Greg.
Pros: Affordable, patient, understanding, incredibly knowledgable.
Cons: Not much of a waiting area. I walk to the Ol'Factory Cafe for a latte while I wait instead.
