Thank you for the ""great builder"" review. I enjoyed building three homes for you and your family. I just want to clear up any misunderstanding with my office manager/bookkeeper. She is very organized and professional. We have worked well together for 18 years. She and I both remember her billing being done in a timely and efficient manner for your jobs. The rude part was a misunderstanding. She never even dealt with you on the phone as I dealt directly with your wife via my cell on a regular basis. She only spoke to you once on the phone. It was a personal matter that should not have been mixed with business and we both apologize if you were offended in any way. I enjoyed working with both you and your wife and hope we can build another home for you in the future. Marc Bordonaro
