Review content:
From start to finish everything was amazing. The service is as good if not better than any hotel I have ever stayed at. Rooms are smaller than I am used to but the amenities, lots of great movies, free peets coffee and tea, the wonderful turn down crew are well worth the lack of space. The concierge service is super knowledgable and each had special input to give to each and ever question we threw at them. Our entire trip went better because we ended here and it left such a lasting impression. To friends and people I meet on the street I ALWAYS recommend The Heathman. If you are looking for a great experience choose this hotel. The only negative I can think of is they are always full so it is hard to get a last min reservation. If you can get a parlor room, go for it
