We went in with smiles, having a great day. He sat down with us and gave us a quote HIGHER ($26k) than what his CSR quoted ($23k) and we were buying a large quantity. He sat there with a smile on his face but basically insulting us telling us that we didn't know the market and that he was offering us a better deal which was not true. The things I wanted to say to this guy!
Every one knows that the high the quantity of product you buy, the less in costs per part it becomes if you calculate it that way.
I was so disgusted by his hubris and his hair plugs. He then offered us a poster card saying that if we buy we'll get $500 off of his $26,000.00 quote.
Should you consider yourself an intelligent, discerning person, I advise that you look else where (HomeDepot/Lowes/FloorDecor) for your products where you will find greater quality, greater prices, and greater people.
