Review content:
I called to see if they had a part available. They guy on the phone told me that they didn't inventory the part I needed and that I would have to come in person and look at the vehicle myself. Before I could ask more questions , the guy had hung up on me. After I arrived, they wouldn't let me see the vehicle because of their insurance reasons. They looked up the part in the computer and told me the price. The price for the part was the same price as the new one from the dealer. They would not negotiate. These people could have had the courtesy to look up my part that I requested, and given me a price instead of hanging up on me and wasting my time and gas. Never again will I shop with these people.
