If I could give this 0 stars I would. I wrote a glowing review after I hired Rachel to photograph my wedding. Fast forward a year and I contacted her again to take pictures of my newborn baby. The photo shoot went fine so I thought we would have another good experience. WRONG. My husband & I took our son in at exactly 2 weeks old. I never heard anything afterward so I emailed Rachel 4 weeks later and her response was (word for word from her email back to me) ""I guess I got distracted by something when putting together your announcement & thought I had finished it"". I did not receive the baby annoucements until my son was a full 2 months old. The only reason I even got them then was because I left 3 phone messages with another lady who finally took matters into her own hands and helped me. Ridiculous. Then, to top it off my order was wrong. The 8X10 is black and white & I ordered and paid for color. I emailed her, she replied that she was sorry and already ordered the color print. That was a lie. I have since emailed her Nov. 30, Dec. 22, and Jan. 5 with no response. No response to my voicemail either. My son is over 4 months old now & I really just want the picture I've already paid for. I will never use Expressions Photography again. This company takes unprofessional to another level. What a nightmare.
