If I could give a negative 7 I would, the front office lady is one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. They Say they are going to put you on the schedule and than they don't. Than all of sudden one day they will call you and tell you to be at their location in a matter of an hour. If you can find a different company I would highly recommend doing that. I think the rest of the prople there seem to be nice but at all costs I would avoid this place like the plague because of the main person, front desk lady you talk t and schedule your balloon ride with..
Cons: Very rude front desk lady.
