THIS PLACE SUCKS! BELIEVE ME I AM NOT HIGH MAINTENANCE AT ALL THIS PLACE IS THE WORST THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR DEPOSIT AND THEN BILL YOU FOR NON-SENSE! THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF THERE BUILDINGS AND HAVENT UPDATED SINCE THE 70'S! WHEN YOU MOVE IN THERE IT LOOKS LIKE SH*T AND THEY WILL TRY AND BLAME IT ON YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE AND ROB YOU FOR IT! MY SIDE JOB IS CLEANING HOUSES, AND WE SPENT ALL DAY CLEANING BEFORE WE LEFT AND THEY STILL CLAIMED IT HAD TO BE CLEANED! SAD! THE ""RESIDENT MANAGER"" IN BUILDING 505 IS A JOKE!!! STAY AWAY! ALL YOU HEAR ALL DAY AND NIGHT IS PEOPLE ABOVE YOU STOMPING, NEXT TO YOU BANGING AROUND AND TALKING AND PEOPLE AND KIDS IN THE HALLWAY! YOU SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO HEAR EVERYTHING SO EASLY AFTER ALL YOU ARE PAYING ALL THAT MONEY! THE MANAGEMENT IS PATHETIC!
