Businiess name:  Muffuletta Cafe

Review content:
We have gone to Muffuletta many times over the years, with food ranging from average to wonderful. But what remains the consitant problem with this Parasole owned restaurant is its -- -- HORRIBLE service. When you consider Parasole owns Manny's, Oceanaire, etc -- you know their doing something right. So it has to make you wonder -- is Muffuletta the red headed step child of the family? Par for the course is to wait on average 15 minutes (sometimes more), before you are even greeted, offered water. The waitstaff is aloof -- which is funny, because most of them have been there for a long time -- must be hard to find a job somewhere else. Bottomline is, when you are spending $40+ per person on a meal (quite easy at Muffuletta), the bar is raised. Make sure you lower your expectations, or you will be very disappointed. Pros: Food, Location Cons: Service, Food
