this is the worst plumbing company i have ever dealt with in my entire life, i would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. we had a leaky sprayer next to our faucet in the kitchen. we ordered a new sprayer from newport brass, and simply required north sea plumbing to install it. the first guy that came told us we needed a whole new sink. including new faucets and spout. we paid over two thousand dollars for the new parts. the man came back from north sea, while he was here to install the new sink he took a huge poo in our down stairs bathroom (i kid you not!) he installed the new sink parts and left. the sprayer still leaked. we called back, after two thousand dollars you think this would be fixed, but no. they sent someone else over, they tinkered for a while, charged us 180 dollars and left. next day it still leaked. we called and complained and they told us that it was the pressure? well then why would you have us install a two thousand dollar new sink! as i'm writing this email i can glance over at our sink to where we keep a sponge under our sprayer for the leak. over two thousand dollars in the hole and it's worse than when we began. save yourself your money and go to any other plumbing company than this.
