Took our antigue wall clock to him for repair in Oct. 2011. Had many phone conversations with him, always had an excuse why it wasn't repaired. Would go by his shop & it was never open The week of 3/15/12 I began to demand that he return my clock, still excuses why He couldn't get it to me. Left messages finally stating that I was going to file a thieft report with the sheriff's office in the Cape and in Ft Myers where he lives. When he finally answered his home phone, we had words and I stated that I would go to his house to get my clock at which time he hung up on me. I was able to locate his home address and traveled to his house to retrieve my property, while doing so I had the sheriff's office on my cell phone the entire time since this was a very uncomfortable position to be in. Why was it at his house in the first place? Makes you wonder.
The surrounding shop owners, where he has his shop located at Cape Harbour, informed me that there have been more than several customers trying to get their property from him but he is never in his shop and never returns phone calls. His ethics are shady to say the least and giving him one star is one to many. DO NOT TRUST YOUR PROPERTY WITH THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO CHASE IT DOWN FOR 5-6 MONTHS AS I HAD TO.
