Review content:
I was nervous when I first called, due to the previous reviews I read. I called and Virginia Electronics did not have an answering machine, which was listed on the reviews. I did call the next morning. The receptionist was extremely helpful, giving advice for working with Samsung to fix our tv. After getting the go-ahead from Samsung, I called them back and they scheduled the appointment for the next day. The repairman (and yes, it was Dave!) came within the window and fixed the problem within 25 minutes. Fast and friendly service. My kids were thrilled to get their tv back, as was I! I would definitely call them again if the need arises.
