Review content:
I've had my Samsung TV for three years and it just recently started the dreaded on off power cycle problem. I opened it up and saw that 2 of the 4 capacitors were blown. I called Samsung and was very surprised that they were going to replace the capacitors at no cost to me should that actually fix the problem. Virginia electronics was able to schedule an apt quickly and they gave me a two hour window which was nice since I'm used to 4+ hour windows. He arrived on time, was very courteous, and had my TV fixed in 20 minutes. He also replaced all 4 capacitors even though only two were blown without me even having to ask. I'm glad Samsung stands behind their products enough to fix defective parts even outside of the product's warranty.
