My 73 year old mother in law bought a 2005 Ford Taurus and after the purchace the check transmission light came on so we took to our mechanic. He plugged it in to the diagnostic tool and the computer said it has 2 ineffecient catalytic converters wrong gear ration in the transmission and every sensor in the emission system is malfunctioning. When we went to have the dealer address the problems he came out of his office and told me immediately to get off his F ing property and then went in his office and acted as if he retrieved a firearm. he came out of his office with his hand in his pocket acting as if he had a gun and kept shaking his pocket at us. THen he proceded to call my wife a c sucker and everyother name in the book. The Federal EPA Law says you cannot sell a car with bad catalyctic converters unless the car is 10 years old and driven less than 5000 miles a year. These criminals should not be allowed to get away with the way they take advantage of the elderly. A youth from our church also bought a car there and the exact same thing was wrong with his car also. they engage in immoral business practices. As well as illegally threatening customers with a firearm.
